TB-050508 series is designed to compress trimmed paper, shredded paper or plastic films, It's preferable for the user with small scale and lower demand. This baling machine is constituted by 7.5HP(5.5KW) motor, 125mm ram,25 tons press force, and the capacity is 1 ton per hour. There is a hopper can be used to feed the waste materials by manual, air cyclone, or conveyor. It can be customized with different demand.TB-050508 was fabricated with rigid body which can make it very durable. Also, it has strong power including hydraulic unit, cylinder and 3 ways neck tension to compress loosely waste papers into tight bales.
This scrap baler can make all the dispersed paper into the cube automatically by the initiative twin-cylinder and trouble-free isolated twisters. We had designed a hopper in the middle of the machine to be fed the waste material. It can be customized with different demand. So customers can choose the way of feeding from air cyclone, conveyor or manual. If the space you want to place the baler is small and the demand of output is not high, TB-050508 is your best choice.
