Product Details
TB-101160 automatic baling press is constituted by 60HP(45KW) motor, 200~250mm ram,65~100 tons pressing force, and the capacity is 10~12 tons per hour. There are variety of waste materials can be fed including carton boxes, corrugated papers or cardboards. The main feature of the paper baler is a carton baler with initiative twin-cylinder inserter and trouble-free isolated twisters that can tie the bale automatically and make the user to operate it easily. Furthermore, we fabricated the recycling machine with rigid body to enhance its durability. It has strong power including hydraulic unit, cylinder and 3 ways neck tension to compress loosely waste papers into tightly bales.
TB-101160 waste baler is preferable for large recycling plants, printers, recycling collectors and paper manufacturers....etc.
Techgene Machinery had designed a hopper in the middle of the machine to be fed the waste material. It can be customized with different demand. So users can choose a way of feeding from air cyclone, conveyor, excavator or manual.
