TB070830 is designed to process plastic films, shredded paper or scrap paper. It has 37 tons press forth and 4 tons per hour capacity with 30HP(22KW)motor*1 and 150mm ram cylinder. We had fabricated the balling press with rigid body which can make it very durable. Also, it has strong power including hydraulic unit, cylinder and 3 ways neck tension to compress loosely waste papers into tightly bales.TB-070830 is preferable for recycling collector and paper manufacturers especially with lower capacity demand and small scale.
We had designed a hopper in the middle of the machine to be fed the waste material. It can be customized with different demand. So users can choose the way of feeding from air cyclone, conveyor or manual. Furthermore, all of the TB-0708 series have the initiative Twin -cylinder and Trouble-free isolated twisters which can tie the bale automatically.
